On Sunday, Marco and Black Rock Martial Arts threw down for a great cause, aiming for 10,000 punches in an hour to help rebuild the Qualicum Beach Skate Park ????. Marco crushed it with 11,412 punches, and together we raised over $3,000! ????

Keep your feet light and bounce constant small steps make you a moving target and stop you from getting pinned on the ropes. Drift off angles, circle out of straight lines, and use quick pivots to reset distance so punches never land clean on your chin.
