Our Strength & Conditioning class is designed to help you move better, get stronger, and build real-world athletic performance in a supportive, high-energy environment. Each session combines functional strength training, conditioning circuits, and mobility work to improve power, endurance, and overall fitness. Whether you’re an athlete looking to elevate your performance or someone who simply wants to feel stronger and more confident in everyday life, our structured, coach-led workouts are scalable to all fitness levels. At Black Rock, we focus on proper technique, progressive programming, and pushing you to reach your full potential safely and effectively. Join us from 6-7am on Wednesday’s and Fridays!
