 Carter Farman’s First Sparring Match – On February 8, Carter Farman steps into his first sparring matchup at a smoker-style tournament. We’re excited to see his hard work pay off in the ring!

 Ava Submission Grappling Tournament – Also on February 8, a squad of our dedicated grapplers—Braydon Hemsworth, Kashes Redfern, Saul Hillis, Billy Buhler, and Levi Hendsbee—will be competing at the Ava Submission Grappling Tournament. We can’t wait to see them showcase their skills on the mats!

 Couples Kickboxing Class – February 15 – Love is in the air and on the mats! Bring your significant other for a fun, free kickboxing class on February 15. It’s the perfect way to sweat, laugh, and train together!

 AMA February Fury – February 22 – Matt Seyed, Anthony McPhail, and Cameron Kleven are ready to throw down at the AMA February Fury event in Richmond on February 22. These warriors have been grinding in training, and we can’t wait to see them put on a show!
